Shipping fees are non-refundable

Any shipments received as damaged must be reported to Skyhaven Travel info@skyhaventravel.com within 72 hours of receipt.

International shipments may have additional tariffs/customs which are the sole responsibility of the customer

If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.

Delivery times are not guaranteed by Skyhaven and may be affected by logistics, inclement weather and any unforeseen circumstance. If you need to product by a certain date, please contact info@skyhaventravel.com to advise likelihood of receiving product by your required date.

We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.

We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.
