Shipping policy

  • Most standard shipping orders within the United States process and ship within 3 business days from date of order and arrive within 2-5 business days after that. (Please allow up to 10 days for Alaska and Hawaii orders)
  • Canadian, Australian, European and all International orders have flat shipping fees that are listed at checkout. We do not cover country duty or import fees, that is the responsibility of the customer.
  • All Sky-haven products are packaged and shipped in such a way as to ensure safe delivery, and we've chosen carriers with great track records. Once shipped, transit time within the USA is generally 2-5 business days. 
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Any shipments received as damaged need to be reported to Skyhaven Travel info@skyhaventravel.com within 72 hours of receipt.
  • International shipments may have additional tariffs/customs which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Please make sure to input your correct email when placing your order so you receive your purchase confirmation email. We’ll also send you a shipping/tracking confirmation email within 1-4 days of your order, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and likely when to expect it.
  • Delivery times are not guaranteed by SKY-HAVEN and may be affected by logistics, inclement weather and any unforeseen circumstance. If you need to receive product by a specific date for a flight, please contact us at info@skyhaventravel.com to advise likelihood of receiving product by your required date.
  • We generally process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may potentially be available for some expedited orders.
  • We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.
  • We are on your side. If you have a unique need, let us know beforehand and we will try to accomodate that.
